With bad connections or being unable to even start casting to your mobile device, it just wasn’t an enjoyable experience to the viewer trying to view the joys of what the VR wearer was seeing. The experience was hit miss at the best of times. Previously, casting your gameplay to a mobile device was possible on the Oculus GO via the Oculus mobile app. However, thanks to the abilities to stream over Wi-Fi or the internet, more VR users can begin to share the experience with friends and family close by. You can share a previously recorded video or photos to the internet, but it is never a live shared experience with others if you discount multiplayer. VR is predominantly a solitary experience.
