I have not found a list of which items were added by that mod, but as I figure them out, I will denote them in orange. Note: Some of the items on this list may be added by Fishing In Skyrim by Arodicus Snaux.
I hope that this will be useful to others, and maybe save you from wasting rare and valuable ingredients just trying to figure out what they do. I just got Snakebite (I think thats the name of the perk) which allows me to learn more from eating ingredients, so Im building the list as I acquire new ingredients. It will be updated probably once a week as I keep learning new effects. The cooking recipes list, as far as I know, is quite complete except for the secret recipes that are out in the world. With CACO being one of my favorite mods, I am making these lists for myself, but I figured it would be a great thing to share, since it seems that no one else has gone to the trouble of doing it.
